What You Need

  1. An "enhanced" NAVIS interface with your reservations/booking software that pushes online bookings and campaign toll-free numbers to NAVIS Narrowcast. Currently, the following software vendors have either already developed or are near completion with the enhanced NAVIS interface that enables this feature, with others expected in the near future:
  2. A "push report" on your Google AdWords, Yahoo, or Bing account that sends the campaign information to NAVIS Narrowcast. This is a straight-forward process that NAVIS can help you implement.
  3. Special "keyword tracking" coding on your website that tells NAVIS Narrowcast the PPC source of inbound calls. The code is readily available from NAVIS and can be easily integrated into your site by your website administrator.
