Automatic Notifications
Front DeskUpon entering the property, all your housekeeper needs to do is pick up the phone, dial a special number and enter a code via the keypad. This will automatically alert your front desk, via a web-based screen, that the cleaning process is beginning. Upon completion, the housekeeper enters another code on the telephone keypad and your status screen will instantly update with "clean" for that property.

InspectorWhen that happens, other notifications can automatically occur as well. Your inspector (this is optional) can be automatically alerted via phone, fax, or pager that the property is ready for inspection.
GuestsYou can also automatically notify your guests when the property is ready for occupancy. That way, if a guest arrives early and isn't able to check into the property, you simply enter their cell phone number in NAVIS HMS and they will be instantly notified via cell phone with a pre-recorded message as soon as it's clean.
