NAVIS Narrowcast EnhancementsMarch 2008
NAVIS Narrowcast continues to evolve and improve, thanks to the many ideas submitted by our clients. The following is a list of the most recent enhancements:
Can Now Attach Lead Form (ELM) to Outbound CallFrom the new ELM column in outbound calls, you can now attach an ELM lead form to that call. The automatic attachment looks at the number you dialed on the outbound call and finds the most recent ELM lead with that number in one of the 4 available number fields (home, work, cell, originating number) and attaches it to that lead.
New Link From The Terms Document (for NAVIS RezForce clients) to the Terms Change PageIn addition to accessing the Terms Change page from the menu, there is now a direct link from the Terms Document itself (for administrators only).
ELM Leads Now Have Unique Number IdentifierA new column in ELM Leads now shows a unique number for each ELM lead.
New Email Checkbox On Mailing List ScreenWhen data mining your list for an email campaign, you can now search only for those contacts that have an email address by checking the new email box that appears when you choose ELM Leads as your list source.
New Opt-In Box Tracks Contacts Who Gave You Permission To Send Them InformationWhen asking a caller for their email address, you should also ask them if it's okay for you to send them information. If they say yes, simply check the new Opt-In box next to the email address field on the ELM form. This same box is also available on the mailing list form so that you can search for just those who have agreed to receive your information. Note: If you have an opt-in box on the Contact Us page of your website, your web developer can link it directly to the opt-in box on ELM.
Direct Link to Marketing Campaign Image Now AvailableInstead of having to access multiple pages to see the marketing campaign image when on a call, there is now a direct link from the ELM lead form that will instantly show the image so that you can immediately know what marketing campaign the caller is referencing.
Deleted Agents No Longer Appear On Drop-Down MenusPreviously, you would see a list of all your agents on the drop-down menus, even after they left your company. Now, deleted agents do not appear.
The Non-Booking Reason is Now Available For Data MiningWhen you select ELM Leads as your list source on the Mailing List screen, there is a new drop-down menu that lets you select the Non-Booking reason. So, if you want to send an email to all those who didn't book because of your pet policy and you now have a new pet policy, you can easily mine that list and send those people the new information. The Non-Booking Reason is also now shown on the ELM Lead form and the list of ELM leads.
The Number The Caller Called From Is Now ShownIn addition to the home, work, and cell phone number fields, there is now a field that shows what number the caller originally called from.
Connection Status Now Available In Call Volume AnalysisWant to view all of your hangup calls by time of day, or day of week? The new Connection Status menu lets you select that option for more detailed analysis.
ELM Email Replies Now Automatically TrackedPreviously, if an agent replied to an ELM-generated email using their Outlook program instead of the ELM reply button, the email response was not trackable. Now, even if the agent uses Outlook, the email will be tracked thanks to a unique identifier code that stays with the email.
