NAVIS and RNS Announce Interface
NAVIS and Rental Network Software have co-developed a web-services interface that captures client data from RNS reservation software for integration with NAVIS Narrowcast.
The data are used to track guest and prospect call records, reservations, cancellations and owner data. The resulting database enables NAVIS clients with RNS software the ability to pre-populate their NAVIS Narrowcast ELM contact record as well as segment their client information for more powerful direct marketing.In addition to RNS, other software that interface with NAVIS include Instant Software, Barefoot, VRM, Resort Data Processing, Springer-Miller, Maestro,Victorex and Epitome.
NAVIS clients using RNS software who wish to take advantage of the interface should contact their client advocate.
