NAVIS and Barefoot Technologies Develop Data Interface
NAVIS and Barefoot Technology Corporation have announced a technical partnership with the introduction of a new interface that links reservation data between their two software products.
This new interface connects NAVIS sales and marketing tools with Barefoot’s advanced vacation, long term and corporate reservation and management system. Barefoot is quickly becoming the vacation and corporate housing solution for those in the industry that are early innovators, offering functionality that most other reservation systems have not even considered. NAVIS likewise offers unique and proven technology that helps vacation rental companies capture more caller data, drive more calls and close more reservations.
Barefoot has just released this new interface with NAVIS. When the phone rings at a rental agency, the NAVIS program pops up on the computer screen which automatically triggers Barefoot Agent to do a search for the client and provide any reservations into the NAVIS interface. So before the agency has even picked up the phone, they know who they are talking with and the details of that prospect. Padre Island Rentals has been successfully using this functionality for the past 6 months.
