“To be successful in today’s marketplace requires the ability to access organized information that can be applied in a timely manner, to make decisions benefiting the enterprise,” said Kyle Buehner, CEO of NAVIS. “VRMA members who leverage the NAVIS geo-analytics will have a competitive edge that will separate the winners and losers within their market. Find it and use it is the name of the game.”

The monthly analytics will include previous month data and year-over-year comparisons for:
• Booking Activity
• Advanced Booking Pace
• Average Booking Window
• Average Length of Stay
• Average Stay Value

The reports will also include graphs of the latest unemployment figures, the Consumer Price Index and the Consumer Confidence Index.

“As an owner of a large vacation rental management company, and as president of VRMA, I know first-hand what this type of sophisticated analytics can mean to my business and to the members of VRMA,” stated Alex Risser, owner of Outer Beaches Realty, Avon, North Carolina. “It’s one thing knowing how your business is doing. It’s entirely something else when you can compare your business metrics with those of others in your area and across the country.”

The first reports will be presented to the VRMA members at the annual national conference in Washington, DC in October. Monthly reports will be made available starting in November.
