When you earn your Certification, you can proudly proclaim to the world that you are part of a prestigious group of NAVIS Certified Professionals (N.C.P.) - a designation reserved for reservation managers, revenue managers, marketing managers, general managers, and other management professionals who have qualified.

NAVIS Certified Professional

For reservation agents, NAVIS provides a separate Certification program that results in the designation NAVIS Certified Agent (N.C.A.) - a highly coveted title.

The NAVIS Certification Program allows users to complete a series of classes and focused tests on key areas of The NAVIS Way. Completion of the Certification curriculum ensures that users have a comprehensive working knowledge of our technologies and processes. Our training classes focus on each area of your business and how to use NAVIS solutions to achieve maximum results.

The main benefit you will gain is your familiarity with NAVIS Best Practices which will allow you to be more successful with your business. Additional benefits include:

What is required to become "Certified"?

  • Pass twelve core requirement tests, four elective tests, and one final. Please see NAVIS University Curriculum for further details.
  • Pass a final exam based on the NAVIS Best Practices Guide to Success.
