Individual, Team, and Business Development

NAVIS University is designed to provide quality, interactive training exclusively to NAVIS clients. Our experienced Client Advocates will show you and your team how to leverage the extensive benefits of The NAVIS Way through Live Webinars, Recorded Webinars, and multi-day Leaders Training classroom sessions held at NAVIS. Each offer the opportunity for NAVIS Certification.

Various courses are offered that will benefit new and long-time users of NAVIS Narrowcast, NAVIS RezForce, The NAVIS Way and other NAVIS products and services.

Live Webinars

Every quarter, NAVIS Client Advocates schedule a live webinar that focuses on issues of interest to specific stakeholders in your organization including reservation agents, reservation managers, marketing managers, general managers and others. Each session is designed to be interactive, offering you the opportunity to ask questions and submit comments. The various speakers selected for each webinar are experienced in their subject matter and have real-world, hands-on knowledge regarding what works and what doesn't.

Recorded Webinars
If your schedule doesn't allow you to participate in a live webinar, you can always access a recorded version of the webinar and watch it at your convenience. Each webinar is archived and available via the NAVIS Narrowcast "Help/Training" menu under Online Training.

Leaders Training

Designed for All-Things-NAVIS (ATN) professionals, reservations managers, marketing managers and others in a management role, the Leaders Training sessions are held once per quarter in a live classroom setting at the headquarters of NAVIS in Bend, Oregon.

Each Leaders Training session is limited to 8 attendees, four days in length and includes extensive, in-depth instruction in all aspects of The NAVIS Way. Following successful completion of the program and a passing grade on the final exam, graduates of the NAVIS University Leaders Training are awarded NAVIS Certified Professional certificates.

Note: Leaders Training is a fee-based program requiring separate registration. Airfare and lodging are the attendee's responsibility.

Certification

NAVIS Certification is available for NAVIS clients who have demonstrated sufficient knowledge of The NAVIS Way by passing the appropriate test for their particular Certification. Two types of Certifications are offered -- N.C.A. (NAVIS Certified Agent) for reservations agents, and N.C.P. (NAVIS Certified Professional) for managers.

WebTraining

Designed exclusively for NAVIS users, the NAVIS WebTraining series presents attendees the option to complete courses at their own pace and at their own space. The NAVIS WebTraining series focuses on systems training that a novice NAVIS user can use to become familiar with the products or an experienced user who needs to revisit a certain area. During the course our experienced trainers will take an attendee on a virtual experience that will include real time quizzing and interaction.
