ELM Lead Form

NAVIS Narrowcast includes a built-in CRM system called ELM - Enhanced Lead Management. For most calls, it will automatically capture the caller's complete address and demographic profile. For others, it will automatically pull the contact information from your reservation system or property management software - if it is among the many available with a NAVIS interface. For other callers where the information is not available, multiple fields are provided for the reservation agent to manually enter the contact information.
