Beyond my expectations. The call scoring is absolutely working!! I will score a call and the next day, the girls, Cec especially, are acting upon my comments.
I looked at the reports for % for each criteria from May to June and there are huge improvements.
And the $$$$ incentives are big, too. They really want the dough and they know they all need to meet goals for it to really pay off. I have tied in occupancy rate incentives for the properties with the booking conversion bonuses to sweeten the pot.
For June, Cec's conv rate is 69.23%, Cari is at 57.14% and Mandy is at 40% (she had a bad day at the beginning of the month that really threw off her numbers, but she will bring them back up). Hey Navis is at 44.44% & I am at 100% (1 call that was a hot lead from the day before, so really not fair).”
