	Sue Jones Vice President - Human Resources Sue Jones joined NAVIS after a very successful career as the director of human resources with American Licorice Company in Bend. For more than six years, Sue managed the overall HR services, policies and programs for the company's three locations in the U.S. During her tenure, Sue was recognized by the Human Resources Association of Central Oregon as the Professional of the Year. Prior to that, Sue was director of compensation, benefits and HRIS at Analogic Corp., Peabody, Mass. She was previously the compensation manager at Northeastern University, Boston, Mass, the compensation and HRIS manager at Sodexho Marriott Services, Waltham, Mass., the human resource manager at Au Bon Pain Co., Boston, Mass., and the HRIS analyst at Friendly Ice Cream, Wilbraham, Mass. After earning her undergraduate degree from Lesley College, Sue went on to earn a master's degree in business administration from Northeastern University. She is currently a Vistage Key Group member and past member of HR Professional of Central Oregon, HiDEC Steering Committee Board Member, President of SHRM Chapter 310, and HRACO Board of Directors/Programming Committee.
