Michelle Marquis joined NAVIS after serving as director of sales and marketing at Mount Bachelor Village Resort in Bend. As head of the sales team, she helps to communicate her first-hand success with NAVIS.

Michelle was considered a NAVIS "power user" while at Mount Bachelor Village Resort. She successfully utilized The NAVIS System to help the resort increase their reservation conversion rates and bring in more revenue from their existing call volume.
