Matt Juarez

Matt is a business operations fanatic with 8 years of Executive Level Leadership in various organization and business development roles. He has close to 15 years of experience with NAVIS, in operations, people management, technical support and customer service. In 2002, Matt was asked to manage the NAVIS operations after building an impressive track record of effectively leading the service people of NAVIS and successfully caring for our clients with excellence.

Since 1998, Matt has been committed to improving internal systems and leading team members to deliver world class service to NAVIS clients. His motto is “make it so or make it better.” Matt has done just that by playing an integral part in the development and growth of NAVIS RezForce which now serves over 100 companies that represent 24,000+ vacation rental and resort accommodations nationwide. He also oversees and is further developing the Client Advocate and Software Support teams, taking our service to an entirely new level.

In 2005, Matt left NAVIS for 2 years to do mission work with his family at an orphanage in Mexico. Matt was quickly asked to oversee the 70+ person orphanage as the Mission Director and returned with a new level of leadership experience to apply to NAVIS Operations.

In 2011, Matt was recognized by his peers and was presented the “Accomplished under 40” award through Cascade Business News among other successful business professionals of Central Oregon. He has also been an active member of Vistage International since 2009.

Matt and his wife Rachael continue to serve community needs through the local church they attend and have recently adopted 3 children in addition to their 3 biological children.
