Matt Juarez
Matt has over 10 years of experience with NAVIS, both in technical assistance and customer service. His passion for serving people and his commitment to excellence has allowed him to quickly move his way into management at Navis, currently overseeing the NAVIS RezForce operations.

Leading the call center since 1998, Matt has been dedicated to improving internal systems and procedures that provide world class service to NAVIS clients. Matt was an integral part in the growth and development of NAVIS RezForce services and is committed to further developing the quality, taking the service we provide to an entirely new level.

In 2005, Matt left NAVIS to do mission work at an orphanage in Mexico for 2 years with his family. Matt quickly was asked to oversee the 70+ person orphanage as the Mission Director and has recently come back with a new level of leadership experience to apply to NAVIS Operations.

Matt and his family continue to seek opportunities to serve community needs through the local church they attend.
