A Successful Candidate:

• Has successful sales experience
• Will have a great attitude

• Is a quick learner
• Has 2+ years of college or hospitality experience
• Is capable of multi-tasking
• Possesses a good memory
• Is willing and able to work evenings or early mornings
• Has a stable home environment with a quiet workspace
• Is an influencer who can help a caller make a decision about where to stay
• Has a solid work experience and good references
