Guests wanting to reserve a vacation rental or resort property are looking forward to their vacation and are eager to find out as much as they can about the property they are interested in. NAVIS RezForce® Vacation Planners are there to help.
NAVIS RezForce provides a 24x7 in-bound reservation service for vacation rental management companies and independent resorts that want to expand their sales team and provide around-the-clock reservations. Our professional reservation center is anything but the stereotypical high pressure environment. NAVIS Vacation Planners™ are friendly people who enjoy helping others find that perfect vacation home or condo on that perfect beach or mountain.

A Successful Candidate:
- Has successful sales experience
- Has a great attitude
- Is a good verbal communicator
- Must be able to type a minimum 30 words per minute
- Must be able to write professional emails using proper grammar and spelling
- Is proficient on the computer using such programs as Microsoft Internet Explorer and Outlook
- Is a quick learner
- Has 2+ years of college or hospitality experience
- Is capable of multi-tasking
- Possesses a good memory
- Is willing and able to work evenings or early mornings
- Has a stable home environment with a quiet workspace
- Is an influencer who can help a caller make a decision about where to stay
- Has a solid work experience and good references
- Real estate sales and/or hospitality sales experience preferred
Successful Vacation Planners can earn up to $14-$15/Hr. (hourly rate plus commission) plus bonus opportunity.
